战略部分好看些。Drucker此书的贡献是把innovation这个概念延伸到了「技术创新」之外，并且提出商业管理的模式可以应用于绝大多数组织管理。这本小书还是太浅尝辄止，很多时候我都感觉自己在读商业版的心灵鸡汤小故事。
读得痛苦半死，没有什么可操作之处，实在是空洞！特别是在读过"The blue ocean strategy"之后。
德鲁克甚为看重的一本书
很多例子 感觉很不错 怕没那么多时间读完了..
重读英文版，有了很多新的感受。
