很好的“扶苗”工程,O(∩_∩)O哈哈哈~
除了梦境的部分不太感兴趣,其他都让我获益匪浅,300页的书,花了一个月慢慢读完,是不太适合一口气读的那种。
都是肺腑之言,非常适合新手读的一本好书。好几年前刚学咨询时买的,错过了最佳时机最近才读,却发现稍嫌浅显了些。大约也可以探知亚隆会是在工作中话比较多的那种治疗师,但不妨碍我对他的崇拜。这本书如果有什么不足的话就是过于人本了,今后假如我有机会写类似这样一个题目,我会强调治疗师的自我照顾。
我对therapy的热情总是忽强忽弱,强的时候整天几个小时地读,弱的时候就是早上起来坐在马桶上的时候读上几页。但不管强弱总是能被Yalom感动,他太诚恳了。应该是常读常新的一本tips书吧(注意:做therapist要去对抗自己产生的不确定性和焦虑

1. 竟然感觉与数月前听过的中文版完全不一样。一定是我不记得中文版内容了。汗。 2. 最后一章细数心理治疗师的blessings,大赞🌹越看越觉得和禅修像,果然。
老头子写得点挺多 但也挺浅 the book of books…
去年读完的吧。真诚,喜欢第一封信里的故事。
