电影很终于原著嘛。拔总戏份有点少
很好看，电影简化改编了许多。看书时史达琳大概有50%以电影的形象出现，但是莱科特医生的形象和电影完全挂钩，反向证明了演员的出色（看电影时并没有觉察到这一点）。让我感慨的是散落在书中各处对于克劳福德和贝拉的描写，最后迎接死亡的清晨：His empty hands hanging palms forward at his sides, he stood at the window looking to the empty east. He did not look for dawn; east was only the way the window faced.
Audio book narrated by Frank Muller 不太喜欢这位narrator，基本没什么起伏，判断人物只能靠语速，有点无趣
虽说是小时候看了一半就吓得生理不适关掉的电影，但现在读书的时候并没觉得害怕，还觉得汉尼拔的一些理论是对人类虚无的defiance和自我成就。结果睡觉的时候一口气做了五个连环恶梦，梦到汉尼拔是转世食人魔，在每个年代、每种场景都以不同的形态以审判者的身份出现（例如Falls Church公寓楼/种族歧视的校园），但他也是反歧视的化身了，正如死亡不歧视人一样。The novel is about unequal upbringings, social inequality and gender stereotypes and discrimination especially in the work context。女主这么优秀的人，也因为女性身份和美貌从上至下受歧视。自杀、出家、吸毒者、杀人魔。
不知道为何很多用词和细节看不太懂了
在看书之前早就看了电影，可能是先被电影震撼了一遍吧，读原著的时候没有那么惊心动魄的感觉了😞

还在用ipod的年代下载的第一部电影就是沉默的羔羊， 疫情期间想找书来看看回忆一下电影情节。看完书又回头翻看了电影 循环。。循环。。
