7.2-8.19.2020 mobi 几乎全部是在睡前15-45分钟看的。核心是纠正cognitive distortion,提供的方法可操作性非常高。主要关于大脑工作原理、抑郁症相关研究和药物的介绍是跳着看的,感觉详读会对在这方面知识几乎为零的读者颇有帮助。
有用的方法论
差不多就是心理学教材里讲行为认知疗法部分的内容。没学过的人会觉得很棒,学过的就没有太惊艳的感觉了。最后讲抗抑郁药的章节基本只有专业医务人员能驾驭,和本书的副标题不搭,应该单独出个医学手册。

我只是想说 这书能不能印大点尺寸 把字弄稀一点 这么小的书 还700多页 你不像砖头谁像砖头!
