在第四维度的时间不受控制任意穿行,是对无限时刻同时存在的近仿。在荒诞的时空中任何人可以轻易死亡,生与死都变得轻,又实则是重。二战作为唯一的反派,无一字着笔而无处不着笔,最绝妙的反战书籍。
历时整整六个月看完这本薄薄的小书。作品本身就附有战争的诸多特质:失序的、支离破碎的、麻木不仁的、无意义的。冯内古特写作风格中无尽的重复、打游击般随处散落的扬抑、无缘由的幽默,一度让我很难进入。但最终我能够切身体会到作者写下字句的煎熬与苦楚。冯内古特已经是一个残破的可怜人,战争过后,一切爱与痛对他而言都是割裂的,对立的情感不成对照,心灵就成了一片死水;快乐和悲伤不能互为因果,灵魂就无处栖居,人只能像一片浮萍在命运的洪流中随意漂泊。Billy是幸运的,他还有科幻小说、情人可以慢慢疗愈自己的内心。我想写作之于冯内古特也是一种疗愈之旅,你看他像个坏掉的机器人,掏零件一般从心底掏出一个个痛苦的记忆和玩命的笑话,看他在纸上竭尽全力地摆弄、拼凑,最后用歪歪扭扭的字迹写成了一份自我修理说明书。
战争中没有英雄,有的只是受害者和牺牲品。译后记解读得不错。我和Billy有一样的疑问:到底要如何才能结束战争,人类之间到底应该如何和平共处?
