相比Writing science那本还是稍显逊色。总体结构不错，不过大多数的内容感觉都已经知道了。。。
在美国从事科研工作的话，这本书很有指导价值。在中国从事科研工作的话，部分有参考价值。
讲到的东西基本上已经自我习得了。
虽然很多common sense，但有时候common sense也是需要扔在面前大声读出来才会意识到自己所做的差在了哪儿。
买了纸质版，anyway, a career in science need much more calculation
2023 #8 Van 还好，作为即将入学但是在很多个不同的实验室干过的phd学生觉得能得到一些insight，但不是那种会让人醍醐灌顶的内容。全书下来记住两个点，就是presentation的时候不要害怕放简单的内容因为可以让观众自我感觉良好，还有不要怕发小文章这样可以keep in spotlight。总之这本书带着辩证的眼光看还是ok的
一讲就明白的道理，但真正一条一条拿出来反省是没有做到的。选择项目要关注时间和你的目标，展示出别人想看的最重要，big picture和问题导向最重要，还有拒绝不需要觉得内疚，最后你的人生还是自己过。
太有用了 早点看到就好了
终于看完了这本院里发给我们的书，拿到书第一瞬间跟工友说 wellwellwell，没打算让我们survive in science了（x 还是不错 很美式思维的一本书 但还是那句话 有人的地方就有江湖🚬 希望这几年能好起来！
