Donald Norman's best-selling plea for user-friendly design, with more than 175,000 copies sold to date, is now a Basic paperback.

First, businesses discovered quality as a key competitive edge; next came service. Now, Donald A. Donald A. He is the author of a number of books on design, including Emotional Design and the best-selling The Design of Everyday Things. He lives in Northbrook, Illinois and Palo Alto...

for engineers.....
另外引起注意的注意的是 “We are surrounded with objects of desire, not objects of use.”

It’s a little bit tedium because it lacks of new concepts. But I’ll try my best to complete it for the reason of accumulation of words . Meanwhile, I am do inspired quite a lot by the concept that if you find it’s quite hard to figure out how to use something, you don’t need to blame yourself than blame it for stupid design.Half done.quit~
A bit wordy
如果要进阶阅读可能可以考虑《Observing User Experience:A practitioner‘s guide to User Research》这本比较新的…
