又是一本我搞不懂为什么评分那么高的书。抛开老套陈旧(可能经典)的理论不说,作者的文笔太不流畅了!!

是经典 相比起来还是现代教材更全面
期待重读
很经典,但有些framework已经有些过时。另外书太厚了实在读不完……
12/27/2020-1/2/2021)精华基本都在第一章了,写作太烂,内容过于零散,很多老生常谈的废话。1. 看公司要看这个行业的underlying经济结构。2. 五力:进入,代替品,上下游谈判力,同行竞争力。3. 达到econ of scale:合作,一产品多卖。4. 大企业可定在没有econ of scale无法达到的价位阻挡新人。5. 技术大革新可能重新洗牌。6. 低增速—市场份额争夺。7. 三个基本策略:overall cost leadership, differentiation, focus 没有前两个优势的一定要好好选target buyers 8. 公司对于自己和行业的assumption是什么?9. 创造买家 10. 养殖业技术革新使规模效应出现,及时合并实现规模
