好吧 研究生入学前选读的 还是有点作用的 逼着自己去跟不认识的人谈话 就是走出自己的comfort zone 是提升自己的重要途径 不社交 无前途啊 !可惜真的好难好难一直做到,认识陌生人,扩大交际圈
走马观花看完。感觉太偏理论,这种交谈技巧还是要自己多实践多摸索

标记一下我听完的第一本英文有声书。
快速翻完,部分话术显得有点过时,内容说实话有点畅销书风……题外话,这段时间最大的体会就是除了东亚没有任何地方是社恐天堂,走在欧美时刻都要做好被人搭话的准备。
整体结构合理,各节建议都很实际,干货密度适中,易读且有用。当然如果你并不为party上如何得体聊天而困扰的话倒也不必读。
