非常棒的书!一边读一边可以审视自己哪些做的不足,哪些做得不错。对于未来的管理,也有很多极具价值的建议!
基本上没有任何一句废话的书,比很多所谓领导力的培训实在很多。
实用美国互联网行业管理者指南,适合技术部门管理者阅读。对于程序员来说,了解基本的管理,以及(好的)管理者的心态是怎样的同样也很重要。反过来思考,本书也告诉了你,不好的管理者是怎样的。
这里IT类的管理书确实不多,这本书基本都讲到了,挺不错
虽然名字有manager但从individual contributor到tech lead都可以读!写得很棒,没有废话,几乎每个section都可以应用到实际工作中

读了1/4,感觉读了跟没读过一样。没啥具体内容么!
总结都很到位。怎么处理组员关系如何mentor等等,以前只有些零零散散的意识,这本书把各种问题现象都归纳的很完整。唯一不足的是没有提出很多具体的解决方案和操作方案,但这种类型的问题本来也没有标准答案。
一堆正确的废话,不知道是作者总结能力有问题,还是不敢写。本书的内容比较浅,只适合beginner。
