生病这几天没干任何事,就把这本书看完了。里面的4F分类挺有用的。
有生之年,能遇此书,何其所幸。
这是影响我人生最大的一本书。
似乎并不专业
之前以为是废话的文字,现在能够体会到里面的温柔。被温柔地解释之前以为应该自我教育的东西,是很重要的成长经历。
读得一度哇哇大哭,看到了自己在自我修复的地图上的位置,才意识到过去十年自己闭着眼睛在坑洼崎岖的路上碰撞摸索,原来已经走出这么远了。
好好读,潜下心读,再一次认识自己吧。
看完简体中文版的再读英文原版,还是原版读起来顺畅~
神书。
读完了还想再读几遍。。。特别幸运遇到这本书。 成长于重大历史转折期的人基本上都有复杂创伤吧。。。
