说实话葛浩文的翻译水平真不是盖的,有理有据有分寸,再加上原著为中国人所诟病,让人感觉这根本就应该是一部优秀的外文小说。

Finished book 1. Good translation. Good imagination. Better than expected. Morden classic? Too early to tell.
有一点很好奇,既然牛角精疗效神奇让人横草千女如卷席这种离题的段落都翻出来了,为什么猪撒欢救人牺牲前想到安娜卡列尼娜和欧阳海那一段要删掉呢?

因为要写课程论文,才看了这一本书。葛浩文翻译真的很好,完全可以拿来学习学习。想象力也是大胆,描写出来的画面也够诡异的,很像国外小说。 只不过拿这个书做论文的研究对象, 我真是给自己添堵。
Everything comes from the earth will return to it; 莫言这种乡土又天马行空的语言要翻译确实有难度,但删减了很多很精彩的段落还是挺可惜的。
