听Jeff Bezos自己诠释leadership principal
作为一本文集在内容上实在是有点水。开头是一篇艾萨克森给写的小传(艾萨克森表示自己之前作传的主人公都是达芬奇爱因斯坦和乔布斯,愿意给贝佐斯写是因为觉得他是当代最伟大的企业家),前半部分是历年股东信,从 97 年上市到 21 年退休,从一百多人的小公司到几十万人的巨头,服务的顾客越来越多,提供的业务越来越多,创新业务的持续尝试,对大企业应当承担的社会责任的及时关注,一步步走来有迹可循,都是站在当期视角的总结和展望,绝无马后炮的分析。印象最深的是 2000 年互联网泡沫时股价跌去百分之八九十时冷静分析模式没问题,指标很健康,资金很充足,公司完全在朝对的方向发展,以此坚定判断继续按部就班往下做,迟早会回来的(虽然并不是目的)。四颗星都给股东信合集,后半部分的公开演讲稿可看可不看,基本都是重复的内容

Visionary - keeping a beginner's mind while thinking about the fundamental questions, long and hard. Inspirational - providing a strong dose of energy to those on the entrepreneurial journey. Try, even though most attempts would be doomed to fail. Try, otherwise no breakthroughs could be made. Nothing trully rewarding comes without risk taking.
