Led to a special 'reading room' in a maze under the library by a strange old man, he finds himself imprisoned with only a sheep man, who makes excellent donuts, and a girl, who can talk with her hands, for company. His mother will be worrying why he hasn't returned in time for dinner and the old man seems to have an appetite for eating small boy's brains. How will he escape?

Haruki Murakami was born in Kyoto in 1949 and now lives near Tokyo. He is the author of many novels as well as short stories and non-fiction. The typical Murakami style!A weird story out of nothingness with endless aftertastes!

翻翻就读完了,不算村上短篇里特别出色的诶,过度包装一下就卖这么贵!
如此插画版的小说就是kindle长期以来都不能给予的阅读体验。
插图设计全是用The London Library的没有版权的旧插画做的。漂亮,有意思。
本来没打算读书但路过随手抽了一本…
有些懵,不知道是不是因为看太急了,为未来我的English literature course感到担忧。。
