尽管存在没有语言的思维,但一般情况下人类用语言思考。尽管语境重要,但不靠语境,单凭借语言结构人也能达到交际的目的(并非理解互达)。可以读导读后直接跳到原文最后一章看总结。好看,看的时候感觉眼睛想一个个字吞下去,能满足大部分好奇心。感觉Piaget这套比较有说服力,语言是genetically programmed, neither nurturant nor natural.动物和人类在语言能力上最大的区别(以黑猩猩为例)是动物不能掌握语言中的结构性,我之前一直以为人类语言中的置换性(描述不在场的事物)是独有的,看下来黑猩猩经过训练是可以用手语表达不在场的东西的。前七章关于语言的产生和儿童语言习得部分比较有意思,后面就有点white elephant的意思了。
只读了一章......语言还蛮简易,论证条理也蛮清晰,不过似乎在语言产生这个领域,似乎很难给出实证依据。
补标一下,就记得很有意思。。
